Important:
We do not accept Master Sea waybill (SWB). We rather prefer original full set of Master bill of lading (B/L) which must be sent by courier to us.
The Master B/L can also be surrendered at loading port and surrendering acknowledgement and Telex release to be obtained from Liner and same to be faxed or e-mailed to us at the earliest before cargo arrival.
In case of full container load (FCL) consignment, we strongly recommend you that each Master B/L compulsory bears only one (01) House B/L in order to comply with local customs procedures.
Regarding consol box, Master B/L and House B/Ls as well as consolidated cargo manifest duly stamped must be sent prior to cargo arrival as pre-alert. Original Master B/L along with individual Cargo Tracking Note related to each House B/L, should be sent to us by courier.

All cargo disembarking in Lome port, whatever the origin and final destination, is subject to the obtaining of Cargo Note which the shipper or exporter located at the Tracking port of loading must obtain from the general Agent of CNCT (National Shippers Council of Togo) or its agents appointed in your respective areas.
